1. Return Period

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Personal care and skincare products (if opened/used).

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • If you paid by COD, we may request your bank details to transfer the refund.

4. Replacements

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

  • Replacement depends on stock availability.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may need to pay the return shipping fee.
