  • Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service. Normally, orders arrive within 3–10 business days.

  • Delays may happen due to holidays, customs, or courier issues, but we will keep you updated.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions (details will be mentioned on the website).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in selected areas.

  • Some orders may require partial advance payment before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).

  • You can track your order directly with the courier partner.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails because the address was incorrect or the courier could not reach you, the package may be returned to us.

  • Re-delivery may require an extra shipping charge.

7. International Deliveries

  • For Saudi Arabia and UAE, customs duties or import taxes (if any) must be paid by the customer.

  • Naxun is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
